FNSI & Scrap Happy Saturday

This week has been a busy one preparing for Master Eights' return to school so there hasn't been much happening on the sewing front this week. I was so glad for a little down time and did some hand sewing in front of the tv for FNSI. I know why I don't usually sew in front of the tv now...
I didn't make much progress !0)

I did manage to make progress on my purple blocks for ScrapHappy Saturday finally and finished my blocks for the 2014 RSC. I also managed to sort out most of my scraps into colours which was an achievement and will make it easier to locate the colours I need for the rest of the year.
Linking up with FNSI and ScrapHappy Saturday You should pop on over and see what some of the other amazing crafters have been up to.

  1. I have the same problem with watching a movie and stitching. Great purple blocks. Nice variety of fabrics, tints and shades of purple.

  4. Beautiful purple blocks. Sewing to the TV can decrease productivity, but you did get a little bit done.
